CANCELLATION POLICY
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, which will be applied to the total cost of your service. Please note that in the event of a cancellation, the deposit remains non-refundable. I charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service for no-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. I offer a 10-minute grace period. Arriving later than 10 minutes will result in a $10 late fee. I accept payments via card, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, and cash. My working hours are 9am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday off days are Sunday & Monday I'm happy to accommodate for those looking to book appointments outside of my regular business hours. For that an extra $25+ fee will apply to your service total. For those wanting appointments on my days off, there will be a $50+ fee. To ensure the quality and longevity of my services, I will only be working on nails that I originally applied. I am unable to work on nails or enhancements done by other nail technicians. I also only offer soakoffs for sets I did. For new clients, please arrive with bare nails! I post my schedule on the 15th of every month! Thank you for choosing to book with me.
